I just read through your handout and I really enjoyed it. My favorite ideas were 1, 9, and 16. They all take little additional effort, but could lead to astounding results.
Another technique I like to use is to take five minutes each evening to review the day. I ask five simple questions:
What did I want to accomplish that day?
What did I accomplish?
Did what I want to accomplish match what I did accomplish?
What can I do in the future to better reach my goals?
What do I want to accomplish the next day?
I find it’s a good way to organize my thoughts, evaluate my work, and prepare for the next day.
This is great, Matthew! Thanks.
