Lawyers need to stop looking at clients as a commodity but the earned value of the relationship; they might not be the top 50 business that everyone yearns for but they may have terrific influence and meaning to your practice.
Thank you for using illustrations that put a face on the customer. Your unique style of presentation is just what is needed to shake us loose from our old way of thinking (and bullet point slides!)
